Girl Power

On Saturday, October 3rd, I had 7young ladies attend my first young peoples scrapbooking class...They learned how to use their paper trimmers and (a little math) as they had to learn measurements. They also learned how to do heat embossing and dry embossing with the Cuttlebug...they learned how to ink and chalk their pieces..and they used their own creativity on how they wanted their layouts to look. I was so proud of them...they worked together and shared and helped one another...even the sisters helped each other...we are they to encourage one another and support and praise each other for their accomplishments and that is exactly what they did. Please be sure to comment on these girls first pages that I know of, done all by themselves.

Don't forget to check out my new site, http://scutfiles.blogspot.com/  that has cut files for all you who have Cricuts and the Sure Cuts A lot Program, I will try and get another 50 to 60 files loaded by this weekend. If you have any requests, don't hesitate to email me at dimahi@hotmail.com

If you own a Cricut, here is an excellent software that allows you to cut any True Type font with your machine, as well as many cliparts can now be traced within the program turning them into an svg format, this feature alone makes getting SCAL2 worth it as you will never need to purchase any carts.

There are thousands of files out there for you to download for free or for a small fee that you can cut with your Cricut. I must say I use this software for almost every layout I have done when using my Cricut. I actually use it more than cartridges....don't tell Provo :)
